Aluminium guide

The guide is made of anodized aluminium and is therefore optimally protected against wear and corrosion, and is clamped into the frame. The head plate can be adjusted, if necessary, which facilitates installation in third-party cassettes.

Synchronisation bar

The optimised synchronisation- and safety is ensured by a KTL coated synchronisation bar which can be adapted to varying piston distances via connecting pieces; the new standard is 1550 or 2600 mm.

Toothed rack

The toothed rack is used as an alternative synchronisation and safety element in difficult installation situations, where tube installation instead of cassette is the choice, and also offers flexibility in terms of piston distances.

Cassette cover

The new cassette cover made of an anodised extruded aluminium profile and all-round rubber seal is not only resistant to moisture, but it also safely absorbs the enormous forces that act on the cover during battery removal, for example.

Frame and sub-casing

The hot-dip galvanized frame for the clamping system of the new guide is bolted to the sub-casing, assembled at the factory. The clamping frame can also be used without the sub-casing for various installation variants like ceiling installation.

Self-supporting installation

Stable and slim suspension for self-supporting installation when supporting on the ground of the cassette isn't possible. The suspension can be retrofitted at any time simply by screwing it to the guide tube; ideal for installation in old cassettes.

Smooth running behaviour due to roller-bearing carriage

Smooth running behaviour, low stress on the motors, less power consumption and thus lower costs are guaranteed by the roller-bearing carriage thanks to the low friction in the column.

The cold-rolled spindle

The cold-rolled spindle in combination with the nylon nut ensures maximum safety and long service life.

Strong internal arm locking system

Strong, internal swivel arm locking system protects against dirt and moisture and thus offers high functional safety.

Safety system

A safety system ensures that the lift stops automatically when lowered onto an obstacle.

Electronic synchronisation

During the entire lifting process, the electronic synchronisation is monitored and controlled via an implus comparison of the two columns.

Control unit

Simple and clear design of the control unit. The main control can be combined with an energy set. Both air and 230 V find their place underneath the control unit.

Arm configuration

Flat enough for sports cars and strong enough to lift vehicles up to 3.5 t.

Optimum surface treatment

Major 4.40 & 4.55 platforms are sandblasted and powder coated as standard for a long-lasting good look.

Perfect control unit

The Major scores with a visually appealing, intuitively operable control unit. All cables and hoses are nicely and safely covered in a flexible but sturdy connecting hose.

Comfortable working height

With the Major 4.40 & 4.55, we achieve a particularly comfortable working height of 2.0 m. This ensures ergonomically perfect working even for tall mechanics.

Strong platform profile

The Major 4.40 & 4.55 come with the strongest platform profile on the market, thanks to a unique profile edging on the long sides of the platform and a wall thickness of 6 mm.

Cylinder wheel-free device

The powerful cylinder below the wheel-free device lifts the vehicle to its maximum height of 500mm within a very short time.

Wheel-free device with extension

The wheel-free device can lift small vehicles such as the VW Up/Z4 / Z3 as well as standard vehicles such as the T7 short.

Magnetic LED platform lighting

Maximum flexibility for lighting underneath the picked-up vehicle thanks to the magnetic LED platform lighting.

Stable and galvanised base frame

The galvanised base frame convinces with its high stability and thus ensures optimum scissor guidance over sliding blocks.

Lifting pad versions

Depending on the customer's needs, the right solution is available to quickly compensate height differences, with the CF or CF-08. Or simply and quickly with the F-pad.

Safety ratchet I wheel-free device

The wheel-free device also has a mechanical safety-ratchet for maximum safety.

Safety ratchet

The lift comes with a maximum of safety with a mechanical safety ratchet. As soon as the lift stops, the lift automatically moves to the next safety position.

Door stop protection

The soft door stop protects both the paintwork and the bodywork of the vehicle. This does not affect the door opening angle.

Strong motor

The power of the motor is transmitted to the spindle via a strong V-belt. Hidden under a stylish design, the motor is a guarantee for reliable lifting.

Optimal connection

Smooth and perfectly synchronised lifting and lowering via devided, flexibly mounted synchronised bearing, completely maintenance- and wear-free.

Strong guide bearing

Strong, corrosion-free aluminium bearings for a permanently attractive appearance, in optimum overall height for maximum stability.

Inversed cylinder - for all inground lifts

Hard-chrome plated inversed cylinder with precisely fitting piston guidance via sliding bands, small amount of environmentally friendly hydraulic fluid, almost maintenance-free.

Programmable push button control unit - for all inground lifts

Programmable push-button control with pneumatic emergency lowering, lifting height and CE stop individually adjustable, error code via signal tone sequence.

Steel cassette

Liquid-tight steel cassette with tightness certificate in many versions for special installation situations; pre-fitting of the lifting unit ex works as optional extra.

Hydraulic pump unit with immersed motor for inground lifts

High-quality hydraulic pump unit with immersed motor, low power consumption, efficient oil filtration and pneumatic emergency drain as standard.

Pv Superstructure

Particularly stable repair platforms made of welded profile, alternatively made of solid material, available in various lengths with longitudinally adjustable supports and optionally with xy-slider.

Platform structure ML Combi-Check-in

Very low platform construction with all-round aluminium planking and LED lighting, reliable automatic wheel stops and low drive-on angle, perfect for sports cars.

Platform structure for 4-ram lifts

High-precision platforms with zinc coated functional surfacesd, distance pieces and sliding plates are fixed by toothed rails made of stainless steel. Can be combined with various wheel aligners.

Air supply for scissor jacks (patented)

Space-saving and extremely low-wear scissor jack with low overall height, without "knotted" spiral hose, easy to maintain and usable for any platform length.
