Anti - corrosion

Anti-corrosion is an issue for AUTOPSTENHOJ already during development of new lifts, through choice and placement of materials and components, so as to avoid corrosion and get as plane surfaces as possible. The base for a perfect surface-treatment is always cleaning and sand-blasting of all components.
Almost all in-ground lifts are painted with a 2-component wet paint. All joint faces are sealed, and all platforms have skid-proof surfaces in the colours they are painted. If extra anti-corrosion protection is required, we recommend zink coated versions.

Almost all surface-mounted lifts are painted in own powder bake plant; before painting components are are shot-blasted, de-greased and phosphate-treated. Finally components are powder-coated manually and automatically and finally dried.
If extra anti-corrosion protection is required, we recommend galvanization of platforms, ramps and stops (Major lifts).

Our surface-treatment has been approved by the majority of all vehicle manufacturers.
